Combined with advanced technologies such as asymmetric waveguide structure design, large optical cavity design, quantum well structure optimization, and cavity surface passivation, it provides high-reliability and cost-effective edge-emitting (EEL) high-power semiconductor laser chips (including single-tube chips and Bars). High power, high beam quality and low cost can be achieved with a very high level of reliability.

Independent research and development of AlN substrate based on heat sink materials and unique patch technology, thermal management and thermal stress control technology, solve the chip heat dissipation and further packaging problems, products can be expanded TO COS, TO, SF and Bar module packaging.

Raybow opto developed automatic COS testers, Bar testers, Burn-in/lifetest testers and other equipment, which greatly improved the testing capabilities of the entire industry.

In addition to manufacturing services, Raybow also provides customized services to customers
